Yoga Therapy uses Yoga and Mindfulness techniques to promote physical and mental wellbeing. It can be used to treat and improve wellbeing in many conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, back ache, chronic pain, IBS, fatigue and cancer relates symptoms etc.
· The sessions would be tailored to the specific needs of the client, they would be required to complete an intake form.
· The initial session would include a review of the intake form and a recommended yoga and mindfulness practice for the client.
· The sessions will include breathing techniques, gentle yoga and mindfulness practices and relaxation if appropriate.
· Each session will last 60 minutes
