Yoga Soul is proud to be Northern Ireland’s first Yoga Therapist certified through the Minded Institute in London, bringing one to one sessions and groups courses to help manage, address and reduce a variety of mental and physical health conditions including stress, anxiety and depression.

We aim to promote and sustain positive mental and physical health through Yoga and Mindfulness.

Led by The Minded Institute in London and scientifically unpinned by research and neuroscience, this is a therapeutic transformational process that is an elevation from traditional yoga classes that helps develop and establish sound physical and mental wellbeing.
